projects and interests.
As a Baby -

Sleep Ashlyn really likes to
sleep.
Eat She is pretty fond of eating too,
but she prefers sleeping.
Opening her eyes When she's not
sleeping or eating, she will sometimes honor you with a look.
18 Months old

Dora the Explorer - Dora
was her first word, and although Ashlyn has developed a lot of other
interests, Dora is still her favorite.
Dancing Ashlyn loves music, and a
song with a beat will get her head bobbing and her arms waving. The Honky
Tonk ba Donka Donk song really gets her going as soon as the guitar intro
comes on.
Singing Ashlyn loves to sing and will
let you know which song she wants to sing - especially in the car. "Row Row
Row Your Boat" is one and also "The Wheels on the Bus Go Round And Round".

Corn - She'll eat corn until she pops.
She'll eat other things like meat and even mushrooms if you hide them in
corn. She's also pretty fond of french fries.

Grapes - Ashlyn loves fruit, but grapes
might be her favorite.

Outside - No matter what she's doing,
she'll drop if for a chance to go outside. She loves running in the grass
and looking at the flowers and trees.

Bathing - What once was a trial becomes
a treasure. Ashlyn will swim in the tub until she's wrinkly and you have to
sneak the water out to get her out. She won't get out of the tub if there's
still water to splash.

Kissing - Dogs, cats, Christmas
decorations, books, people she won't let hold her for anything, she'll kiss
them all.

Fish - One of the words she said
shortly after Dora, she pronounces it "shi" like fish in reverse without the
f. She sure likes feeding the fish and watching them swim.
